Boot Camp for the Broken-Hearted
How to Survive (and be Happy) in the Jungle of Love
by Audrey Valeriani
Many women experience unhappiness in life and in love and don’t know why, let alone how to improve their situations to get on the path to more rewarding lives.
In an intimate and humorous voice, Audrey Valeriani leads women to a brighter future by sharing with readers heartfelt, tested advice gained through extensive research, interviews and coaching sessions, which therapist Leslie Joseph calls “a practical guide for women.”
Boot Camp for the Broken-Hearted is an essential guide to help women better understand the need for greater self-esteem and how to achieve it. Valeriani also provides insights into the male psyche and shares with women the things that men have said they want women to know about them, which will help women gain insight into the complexities of their relationships and become better communicators with their partners. By the final chapter, readers will have a deeper understanding of how to achieve greater self-esteem and will be armed with skills that will enable them to enjoy happier, more fulfilling lives and romantic relationships.
